Questions
Before you book
Do I need experience?+
Not at all. The Beginner / All level class is built around first-timers. Every movement is guided, and questions are part of the session.
What should I bring?+
Grip socks are essential. Bring your own or buy a pair on arrival. Wear fitted, flexible clothing. Water is provided. Arrive ten minutes early on your first visit and we will show you the studio and your Reformer.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancel a group class more than 3 hours before it starts and the class goes back to your pack or monthly allowance. Less than 3 hours before, or a no-show, and the class is deducted. Private sessions need 24 hours' notice.
I have an injury or back pain. Can I still come?+
Please let us know when booking and mention it to your instructor before the session. The Reformer is well suited to rehabilitation, but your GP's guidance takes priority.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?+
Both. Memberships run for a minimum of three months, then continue month to month. To stop, give one month's notice by email; any month already started is due in full. You may also pause once a year, for one month.
